I hope you are well. I need some help from you because I feel frustrated and upset. Four days ago I agreed to a contract for new internet, tv and phone services. The new service started yesterday but the internet connection isn’t very good, the TV channels I asked for aren’t there and the phone isn’t working. Also, the contract I signed is very hard to understand and I feel the salesperson wasn’t being honest. I want to complain to customer service but I don’t know how to do it or what to say.
I need help with the following:
Do I have any consumer rights in this situation?
Can you explain how to complain about this?
Should I complain by phone or in writing? Why?
What should I do if they don’t accept my complaint?
